In cooperation with the Consumer Product Safety Commission, KTM North America is voluntarily recalling certain motorcycles due to fuel hoses that could potentially leak.

During motorcycle use, small holes or cracks can develop at the ends of the fuel hose.

KTM has received 13 reports of fuel leaks. No injuries have been reported.

The recall affects about 1,300 units, among them seven 2013 models and one 2012 model. The 2013 model numbers are the

  • 250 XC-F,
  • 250 XCF-W,
  • 350 XC-F,
  • 350 XCF-W,
  • 450 XC-F,
  • 450 XC-W and
  • 500 XC-W.
  • The affected 2012 model is the 350 XCF-W.
Consumers are being advised to stop using the recalled vehicles and contact a KTM dealer to schedule a free repair.
